Liston Exchange is a new fully air conditioned 12,000 ft2 three storey office building with under-croft and at grade car parking on a brown field site in the centre of Marlow, Bucks.
It has a masonry clad, steel framed superstructure carrying pre-stressed pre-cast concrete floors, precast reinforced concrete stairs, and a tile clad pitched timber roof.
It was completed in 2008
