A design & build project for the London Borough of Brent this 1000 m2 building was designed to cater for the sixth form of two special needs schools.
Together with standard Doc M sanitary ware, ceiling track lift systems were installed in all the teaching areas. The modern design of the structure included steel and ‘glulam’ engineered timber frames with an inverted curved roof, aluminium glazed curtain walling with cedar cladding panels, and a green sedum roof covering.
