D W Windsor Lighting ’s UK Operations Centre in Hoddesdon comprises a 1 5,000 ft2 Industrial Unit with EOT Crane facilities. It was built in 2005 under a Design & Build contract.
A high water table and the close proximity of the Liverpool Street to Cambridge Railway Line presented some interesting engineering challenges that were overcome thanks to the skills of jnp group ‘s engineers.
From site appraisal through to the detailed civil and structural engineering design, jnp group helped ensure that best value and service was achieved throughout the development.
