Airport Gate is a 140,000 sq ft industrial/distribution development completed in July 1999, comprising an estate of 7 units in 3 blocks.
The development is situated approximately 200m from the freight entrance to Heathrow Airport and achieved a record rent for the Heathrow area in 2000.

This site was the first in the UK to use a pioneering 'active gate' technology with groundwater recharge to 'flush out and neutralise' contamination in the groundwater below. This innovative approach allowed a previously derelict site to be developed, funded and insured.
