First Central, Park Royal

First Central is a major residential development built on part of the former Guiness Brewery site in Park Royal.

The development comprised 150 apartments, a community centre, and a nursery in six seperate blocks.

Four of the blocks are on a podium slab over an underground car park. Superstructures comprised a mixture in-situ reinforced concrete frames, structural steel penthouses, low rise timber frame and load-bearing masonry with precast concrete floors.
