A strong leadership of Chartered and Incorporated Engineers supported by teams of engineering graduates, technicians and administrative staff form an enthusiastic and forward thinking Practice.

The careers and skills of all staff are continually developed by in-house and out-house training programmes. The Practice is approved for the ICE Graduate Training Scheme. We are committed to a continuous programme of training and professional development at all levels.

Each project however large or small is overseen by a Partner and executed by a properly structured and controlled team. Every client is allocated a Partner to take a personal interest in their requirements and deal with all their concerns. The Partner will generally delegate work to a suitably skilled and properly structured team, but will retain overall responsibility and be accessible to the client.

In house Quality Control procedures accredited to ISO 9001:2000 monitor the standards of design ensuring an accurate economic and cost effective service. Our state of the art IT system and software is used to ensure maximum efficiency in both the engineering solution and delivery time of working drawings.
