Overview
JNP Group has supported the development of multiple new Burger King restaurants, taking the schemes from concept through planning and detailed design for construction.
These projects include entirely new buildings, redevelopment of existing buildings, and infill developments within live sites such as supermarket and service station car parks.
We also provide support on ongoing maintenance to the existing portfolio, including remedial works and refreshing of existing restaurants.
Solutions
JNP Group has provided Geoenvironmental, Flood Risk, Civils and Structures services, working hand in hand at all stages of the project.
The sites are often in challenging situations with existing buildings, made ground, existing utilities and drainage.
Early desktop research, followed by targeted investigations and specification of surveys, is often required to establish baseline constraints.
Projects are led by a single JNP project manager, providing a joined-up, multi-disciplinary service, liaising closely with the client and design team, and delivering engineering solutions within the client’s rapid planning and construction timescales.
Summary
JNP Group continues to work with BKUK to develop new and existing buildings into suitable restaurants and drive through locations.
With a well-co-ordinated multi-disciplinary approach, we are able to work efficiently and quickly to establish constraints and progress planning applications and design works to meet challenging deadlines.
