A new state-of-the-art Community Hospice on the site of the old Kingswood School in High Wycombe.
Along with social and creative spaces, there will be purpose-built areas for clinical treatments, lymphedema care, complementary therapy, physiotherapy and counselling. There will be dedicated spaces for young adults, patients and carers, and there will be a spiritual and contemplative room.

The 3-storey structure has piled foundations, with pre-cast concrete floors spanning onto a load-bearing masonry and partial steel framed superstructure, which supports a pitched tiled roof.
The building has been styled to give a residential rather than a hospital ambience, and is being constructed to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
