A 5 storey, 65 bed Travelodge Hotel built on piled foundations, built partially over a partially filled dock.
JNP Group were responsible for the design of the steel frame, access roads and drainage; and the investigation and remediation of this heavily contaminated site to the satisfaction of the regulators.
