Project Solutions

JNP Group provides ongoing structural support for the Coventry Building Society Arena, offering technical expertise since its opening in 2005. Our services include annual safety inspections, detailed rolling inspections in line with Green Guide requirements and structural safety evaluations.

We provide guidance on damaged components, durability, and maintenance, along with swift responses to urgent safety concerns, with a typical response time of 40 minutes. Our team also prepares defect reports, repair specifications, and maintenance plans for steel, concrete, and masonry.

Inspections are led by experienced engineers, including Chartered Structural Engineers or supervised graduate engineers with 5+ years of experience. We pride ourselves on providing a consistent team that can navigate around the facility, knowing it inside out.

We assist with new designs, upgrades, and design solutions for unexpected issues, collaborating with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, and civil) along with the facilities management team to ensure smooth coordination. We also review tender submissions and provide recommendations throughout the construction phase.
