JNP Group carried out the full structural and infrastructure design service for this successful development, comprising a reinforced concrete transfer slab over basement car parking and extensive landscaping area, supporting a fully framed reinforced concrete superstructure.
After detailed consultations with the Client, JNP Group consulting engineers chose the reinforced concrete frame solution in order to meet the Client’s stringent requirements to allow maximum flexibility for the internal arrangement of the apartments and to cope with the demands of the continuously curved building.
The project comprised 96 new build luxury apartments.
