Residential Development of the former silk works site in Lewisham.
This 0.5 hectare brown field site was developed to provide a 6 to 10 storey structure over basement car parking, class B1 business area for retail use at ground floor and 296 residential apartments.
Using the latest Finite element software, JNP Group designed and detailed the multi-storey concrete frame basement to roof level.
