Tell us about yourself and your position within the company?
I’m Garth Holmes and carry the position of Lead Technical Sales at Kite Projects. I hold responsibility for directing the process of delivering design realisation from design intent and coordinating the appropriate resources to fulfil this.
What does your company do?
Based in Hampshire, Kite Projects Ltd design, manufacture and supply handrail and access systems to infrastructure projects. As part of our service we also provide build site specific solutions to include design, fabrication drawings and compliance evaluation.
Can you tell us about your business aspirations over the next few years?
To become the primary brand for safer, compliant access systems through combining our expertise, experience, and manufacturing competence to innovate, enhance and protect the daily lives of personnel who work in, support, and maintain our vital infrastructure.
Who are your clients?
Our primary market sectors are Aviation, Highway, Marine & Coastal, Military, Public buildings, and Rail.
What service did JNP Group provide for you?
JNP Group have provided assistance to KITE with over 100 track access stairs and crossing points at different locations throughout the country and other site specific rail projects to keep the network moving. Providing design calculations and drawings to accompany the various Form G and Form A & B submissions to Network Rail, and seen the jobs through the approvals process.
How did you find your experience of working with JNP group?
I appreciate working with JNP Group on these projects because they are willing to work collaboratively with us and our extended team around the same table as our client to arrive at workable solutions that build into successful projects. I feel that their pragmatic approach as independent consultants is a benefit to the projects that we continually deliver to our clients.
